All items except * Pre-ordered and personalised items * dispatch within 4-5 working days. Once you have received a confirmation email that your order has shipped along with the tracking number, allow 2 to 4 business days for UK customers and up to 10 days internationally.

BREXIT - Info for EU-based Customers

As of the 1st January 2021 UK is longer be part of the European Union. There might be some shipping delays caused by extra customs checks. Orders sent to EU countries will be liable for customs, duties and clearance fees. Clients will be responsible to cover all the extra charges. We strongly advise to check all details on your country's government website prior to purchasing.

We offer free Delivery to all our UK customers; We will send your Orders with Evry /Hermes Tracked and Signed for.

International Shipping 

International Shipping is a fixed price of £14.99 for orders from Europe. All orders from United States and the rest of the World will be based on product weight at the checkout. International Orders are sent using International Tracked and Signed.

Incorrect address: If the address is incorrect or outdated the parcel will typically be returned to us by the carrier. Please double-check the address carefully when placing your order.

Failed delivery attempts: Most of our carriers will make more than one attempt to deliver a parcel. If they find that they can't successfully deliver your parcel it'll be returned to us. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund in this case. The second delivery arrangement is NOT free of charge for all customers and you are responsible to pay for redelivery. 

 
 

Returns

We are sure you will love all of our beautiful crafts! However, if you are not quite sure with your purchase or wish to exchange, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We do accept the refund in case of defective or damaged products due to our error.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Please noteYou will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return order is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days for UK orders and up to 10 working days for International orders, and will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  We are not responsible for any returns lost in transit – it is recommended that you include tracking or insurance for your protection.
